Greetings,
Here is this week's newsletter. There are several Halloween activities happening this afternoon in our community! Check out the newsletter to learn more. Have a safe and fun Halloween!
Good afternoon,
Here is this week´s newsletter.
We are excited to announce that SRS is bringing back a long standing tradition during the Holiday Season...Classroom Holiday Raffle Baskets! Each classroom has chosen a "basket theme" and we are asking that families drop off a donation to their classroom over the next several weeks. Items collected will be placed in their baskets and wrapped for a chance to win! The last day for donations will be Friday, December 6. Your classroom teacher will be sharing the theme and items that the class is hoping to collect.
Our school store will put these on display and students can purchase a raffle ticket ($1 each) for a chance to win! We will announce the winner of each basket on Friday, December 13. All proceeds from the basket raffle and school store sales in December will benefit two local families in need over the Holiday Season. Thank you for your support and we look forward to showing you the baskets, winners and amount of money raised for these two families.
Good Afternoon,
Here is our weekly newsletter. We look forward to seeing some of our families this afternoon for our SRS PTA Harvest Festival beginning at 4:30 pm!
Good afternoon SRS families,
We are excited to share that Tammy Heathco will be joining Sea Road School as our new school counselor. Her gradual transition will begin on Wednesday, October 16 as she will continue to support students from KHS.
This week's newsletter is packed with information surrounding our picture day, 5th grade TAP Art, Flu vaccine clinic details, PTA Fall Harvest Fest and their next meeting, Kennebunk Fire and Rescue Open House, and Say Something information (an anonymous reporting system for threats in our community since 2018).
Lastly, our lost and found has an overwhelming amount of clothing and shoes. We are asking all parents to take some time to stop by and go through the collection of clothing before we donate it to those in need. Please scan your license before entering the building to view the items. Thank you and have a wonderful evening.
